Estimated delivery time
After item shipped, based on Royal Mail performance research: UK 2-5 business days, EUROPE 5-14 business days, REST OF WORLD 14-28 business days
All items sent outside the UK are by AIRMAIL without exception. We normally ship from stock the next working day following cleared payment.

All international purchasers are responsible for any and all duty, taxes, fees, etc. associated with their purchase. We declare full value for all purchases. International buyers: please be patient and allow reasonable time for your domestic postal services and customs.
VAT
Please be aware that our shipping charge includes VAT and actual shipping and packaging materials cost. We always keep proof of shipment documents for each item sent.
Errors
In very rare cases we may relist an out of stock item in error, if this is the case we will always let you know, offer an alternative at the same or greater value or a full and immediate refund.
Returns
We do not offer an item exchange service. Our stock moves very quickly, by the time we receive your returned item the replacement you want may have sold out. We ask buyers to purchase the new item they require immediately while it is still available and then return the unwanted item for a refund. Faulty/Unwanted Goods: All items are covered by our returns policy and you may return any item whether it is faulty, misdescribed, different to that ordered or simply unwanted. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 30 days of receipt in its original saleable condition with all packaging intact and undamaged, unworn and not laundered, with any tags or labels still attached. Upon our receipt we will issue a refund via the original payment method. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item. Where items are returned and verified as inherently faulty or misdescribed or different to that ordered we will refund customers reasonable return postage costs when processing the refund after receipt of item. UK customers, if you are returning a small, light or low value item, we would recommend using Royal Mail. Please return your item using 2nd class post, requesting a proof of posting from your post office, which they will issue free of charge. If the goods are too heavy for a 2nd class service, please use a standard parcel service. For non UK customers please use your domestic postal standard airmail service. Always enclose a copy of your original delivery note so we have your order and payment details available on receipt of item(s)
For goods returned from outside mainland UK and the Channel Islands the following must be written legibly on both the packaging and customs declaration: 'MAIL ORDER GOODS RETURNED - DO NOT CHARGE DUTY'
It is mandatory to contact our returns department before returning any goods to us.
