The Rapid Solicitors sponsored MotoGP team contested the World Championship with two riders in 2013, Columbian Yonny Hernandez and Ulsterman Michael Laverty. MotoGP is the highest level of motorbike racing in the world and is the bike equivalent of Formula 1
Rapid Solicitors also agreed to continue its title sponsorship of the 2012 Championship winning British Superbike team. Triple British Superbike champion Shane 'Shakey' Byrne and double National Superstock champion Keith Farmer contested the 2013 British Superbike Championship for the Rapid Solicitors Racing Team
35-year-old Londoner Byrne defended the title he won in the 2012 season, to add to his 2003 and 2008 successes
He was joined by 24-year-old Ulsterman Keith Farmer, who was also victorious in 2012 when he added the British Superstock 1000 title to that of his 600 success the year previous
